Are marketplace subscriptions included?
No. Your marketplace accounts and any paid listing packages are separate. Dealer OS Marketplace Syndication connects your inventory to those accounts; it does not purchase advertising or buyer exposure.
Will a price change appear immediately?
The updated price goes into your inventory feed. Each marketplace controls when it imports the feed, so there is no guaranteed instant update.
Does Facebook work the same way?
Facebook uses a separate desktop extension. It fills supported vehicle fields and transfers up to 20 photos; you review the listing and click Publish on Facebook. It is not an inventory-feed connection.
- Confirm your marketplace accounts.
You need an active dealer account with each platform you want to use, plus the Dealer OS Marketplace Syndication add-on.
- Arrange the inventory connection.
Add your marketplace dealer ID and share the private feed with your representative, or arrange the supported file delivery method. Confirm any account-specific requirements.
- Verify the first import.
The connection is confirmed after the provider first retrieves your feed. Review vehicle details and photos on the marketplace before relying on the connection.
- Maintain inventory in Dealer OS.
Subsequent changes go into the feed for the provider’s next import. Delivery to a feed is not confirmation that an individual listing is already live.
