How to compare this to a quote from anyone else
Most dealer management vendors do not publish pricing and quote per store, so headline rates are rarely comparable. Ask any vendor for a written, itemized quote covering the base platform, every module you would actually enable, per-user charges, setup and migration, marketplace feed fees, contract term, and the renewal increase. Total both options over 24 months, then divide by the units you expect to sell.
For Dealer OS that total is $7,176 over 24 months, with no other line items. We walk through this calculation on every comparison page.
Pricing questions
- How much does Dealer OS cost?
- Dealer OS is $299 per month, all-inclusive. That covers unlimited vehicles, unlimited users, the dealership website with inventory sync, title tracking, CRM, analytics, and priority support.
- Are there setup fees or contracts?
- No. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge, and no long-term contract. Dealer OS is month to month and you can cancel at any time.
- Does the price change as I add users?
- No. Users are unlimited on the single plan, so adding a salesperson, a title clerk, or a lot manager does not change your bill.
- Is the dealership website really included?
- Yes. A dealership website with server-rendered vehicle detail pages, Vehicle and Offer structured data, automatic sitemaps, and live inventory sync is part of the $299 plan at no extra cost.
- What is not included?
- Dealer OS does not provide buy-here-pay-here note servicing, collections, or in-house loan origination. Dealers running a significant BHPH book should evaluate platforms built specifically for note servicing.
- Can I export my data if I cancel?
- Yes. Your inventory, customer, and deal records are yours and can be exported in standard formats at any time, with no fee.
