Everything dealers ask before they switch — pricing, what is included, what we do not do, and how migration works.
About Dealer OS
- What is Dealer OS?
- Dealer OS is an all-in-one dealership management platform built for independent automotive dealers. It combines inventory management, sales and deal jackets, title and registration tracking, tax handling, customer and lead management, analytics, and a dealership website with automatic inventory sync into one system of record.
- Who is Dealer OS for?
- Dealer OS is built for independent used car dealers — single-location lots and small groups that sell retail. It is not a franchise dealer platform and does not provide buy-here-pay-here note servicing.
- Who founded Dealer OS?
- Dealer OS was founded by Bekzod Usmanov, who serves as founder and CEO. The company is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Where is Dealer OS based?

Pricing and plans
- How much does Dealer OS cost?
- Launch starts at $99/month, Core is $249/month, Complete is $449/month, and Group starts at $699/month. Choose annual billing for two months free on Launch, Core, or Complete.
- How does the free trial work?
- Start a 30-day trial with your own inventory. No credit card or setup fee is required. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription; choose a plan and complete checkout when you are ready.
- Is a dealership website included?
- Dealer OS Sites is included with Complete and available separately from $99/month. Your vehicle records keep your website inventory synchronized.
- Can you help me switch?
- Yes. We will help you plan your migration. Bring an export of your inventory and customers so we can confirm what can be imported and what needs cleanup.
- How is annual billing charged?
- Annual plans are charged upfront: $990 for Launch, $2,490 for Core, or $4,490 for Complete per year. Add-ons are priced separately. Contact us for Group billing.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your dealership data belongs to your dealership. Contact us for help exporting your records and ending your subscription.
Features
- Does Dealer OS handle vehicle titles?
- Yes. Title status, lien release progress, temporary tag expirations, and days-to-title are tracked on a dedicated board tied to each vehicle and deal, included in the core platform rather than sold as an add-on.
- Does Dealer OS include a CRM?
- Yes. Lead capture, follow-up tasks, communication history, and source attribution are built in and linked directly to the same vehicle and deal records, so there is no separate customer database to reconcile.
- Can Dealer OS syndicate my inventory to marketplaces?
- Yes. Inventory can be published to your own dealership website and to marketplace listing channels from the same record, so a price change propagates everywhere instead of being re-entered per channel.
- Does Dealer OS work on a phone?
- Yes. Dealer OS is a browser-based application designed for use in the lot — VIN scanning, photo capture, condition notes, and appraisal all work from a phone.
- Does Dealer OS support buy-here-pay-here financing?
- No. Dealer OS does not provide in-house note origination, payment servicing, or collections. Dealers running a significant BHPH book should evaluate platforms built specifically for note servicing.
- What languages does Dealer OS support?
- The platform interface supports English, Spanish, and Russian.
Getting started and data
- How do I migrate from my current system?
- Bring a sample export of your inventory, customers, and dealership records. We will review the format and help plan the migration before you switch.
- Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. Your inventory, customer, and deal records are yours and can be exported in standard formats at any time.
- How does Dealer OS protect dealership data?
- Each dealership is a separate tenant. Staff only see their own store, with role-based permissions enforced in the API and the database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; SSNs, TINs, and OAuth tokens get an extra encryption layer. We do not sell dealer data or use it to train a public model. The full write-up is at dealer-os.io/security.
- How long does setup take?
- There is nothing to install. Most dealers are working in the system the same day, with inventory import and website configuration typically completed within the first week.
- How do I see a demo?
- Book a 20-minute walkthrough and bring ten of your own VINs. We load them live and show intake, a full deal, the title board, and the profit report — no discovery call required.
