DEALER OS · MARKETPLACE ASSISTANT

Your inventory.
Ready for Facebook.

Bring your saved vehicle details and photos to Facebook Marketplace. Prepare from Dealer OS, review the listing, and publish when you’re ready.

Free extension. Dealer OS account and eligible Facebook Marketplace account required.

FROM YOUR SAVED LISTING

  • Vehicle year, make, model, price, and mileage
  • Supported colors, body style, and transmission
  • Your saved listing description
  • Up to 20 photos, in the order you chose

You control the final listing. Review location, condition, title information, and any fields Facebook needs you to complete.

From inventory to listing in three steps

  1. 01

    Install once

Add Dealer OS Marketplace Assistant from the Chrome Web Store in desktop Chrome or Edge. Sign in to Dealer OS and Facebook in the same browser, then refresh Dealer OS.

  2. 02

    Prepare your vehicle

Open Inventory, choose a vehicle, and open Listing & Market. Save its listing with an asking price, mileage, description, and photos. Choose Prepare Facebook listing.

  3. 03

    Review and publish

The assistant opens Facebook’s vehicle form and transfers supported details and up to 20 photos in saved order. Allow photo access if prompted. Check every field and photo, complete missing details, and click Publish on Facebook.

Before your first listing

Use desktop Chrome or Edge and Facebook’s English vehicle form. Mobile browsers are not supported. Your Dealer OS role needs permission to edit vehicle listings. Facebook controls Marketplace eligibility and may change its form; unsupported fields need manual completion.

Installed, but Dealer OS does not see the extension?

Refresh Dealer OS after installation. Confirm the extension is enabled in the same browser profile. If you used the unpacked beta, disable or remove it and keep only the store version enabled. In Edge, allow extensions from other stores if prompted.

What if details or photos do not transfer?

Allow access to the photo host when prompted, then use Retry transfer in Facebook’s assistant panel. Existing values and photos are preserved. You can also download a fresh draft from Dealer OS and import it through the extension icon within one hour. Save inventory edits before preparing another draft.

Does it manage listings after publishing?

The assistant prepares individual listings for your review. It does not publish automatically, synchronize prices, remove sold listings, or manage Messenger. Make price changes and mark vehicles sold directly on Facebook.
